I served as a Contracted Graphic Designer at Yummers Pet Supply Co., where I reported to the Art Director and produced marketing assets for web, social, and email campaigns. I designed engaging email campaigns and social creative, built and deployed automated Klaviyo flows that improved retention and engagement, and elevated visual content through careful image enhancement and platform-appropriate optimization. I applied human‑centered design principles and iterative prototyping to translate strategic briefs into measurable creative outcomes.

I collaborated closely with creative and marketing teams to align visual systems with business objectives, leveraging data‑informed insights and DesignOps practices to streamline production and scale assets across channels.
