I use Adobe Creative Cloud to create professional designs for print, digital, and multimedia, launching projects across various platforms as a Creative Director, Senior Graphic Designer, and Visual Designer. My strengths include time management, meeting deadlines, clear communication, and building strong client relationships. I excel at understanding design requirements, developing execution processes, and choosing the right distribution channels for each project. Brand & Design Manager

I lead and execute brand strategy for a recovery advocacy organization, focusing on design, UI/UX, and digital accessibility (508 compliance). I develop and manage marketing projects, producing creative deliverables aligned with organizational goals and messaging, and establish brand voice guidelines for all collateral. I collaborate with leadership to ensure brand strategy supports organizational objectives and advocacy efforts. Additionally, I conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, provide creative direction, and manage external contractors to maintain brand consistency. I also oversee the creation of graphics, layouts, and multimedia for proposals, presentations, and business development materials.

Freelance Graphic Designer

I utilize Photoshop to design eye-catching email campaign layouts and social media graphics, working closely with the creative director, copywriter, and other internal leads to ensure alignment with the campaign’s vision and messaging. I then use Klaviyo software to execute the approved email designs, building email flows from scratch to drive engagement and conversions. Additionally, I apply image retouching and enhancements to ensure all visuals are polished and ready for social media publishing, maintaining high-quality standards that align with the brand’s aesthetic and engage the target audience effectively.

I collaborated closely with project managers and the marketing department to update and prepare financial information data sheets for global distribution, ensuring the files were accurately translated into multiple languages and ready for release across various markets. In addition, I created compelling marketing graphics for social media, tailoring each design to the specific platform’s requirements while maintaining high-quality standards. Senior Graphic Designer

I was responsible for creating and distributing all marketing materials aimed at enticing first responders from local, state, and federal government agencies to apply for FEMA-sponsored graduate degree programs. Additionally, I redesigned the organization’s decade-old brand, developed a comprehensive brand book for consistent use across both print and digital assets, and created MS Office templates. I also provided brand ambassador support to various departments, ensuring brand integrity. My work extended to designing signage and other marketing materials for national conferences and events. By conducting market research and gathering competitor quotes, I collaborated with external vendors to distribute marketing materials nationwide, achieving an average annual cost reduction of 30%.
