I serve as the outsourced marketing, communications, and digital experience lead for OWRN/CARS, where I manage the full creative ecosystem supporting their national behavioral health initiatives. I act as the organization’s external brand steward, shaping strategy, content, design, and digital engagement with the precision of an in‑house team.

I lead brand strategy, ensuring every message and visual asset aligns with organizational guidelines and meets SAMHSA standards, including plain‑language communication, Section 508 accessibility, and responsive digital design. My work spans social media management, website oversight, publication design, and multi‑channel outreach campaigns.

I create and manage weekly social content, maintain the organization’s website, and design reports, briefs, newsletters, toolkits, and infographics in both editable and print‑ready formats. I also plan and execute outreach campaigns across email, web, and social platforms, supported by monthly analytics dashboards that track engagement, website performance, and campaign outcomes.

Working directly with executive leadership, I ensure clarity, alignment, and timely delivery across all initiatives. My toolkit includes Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Canva, and Riverside Studio, enabling efficient, high‑quality creative production.
